Noor Ul Quran Academy: Online Academy Website Design That Books Trials

Noor Ul Quran Academy: Online Academy Website Design That Books Trials

Noor Ul Quran Academy (www.noorulquran.ca) teaches Quran reading, memorization and Islamic studies online, mostly to children. This online academy website design case study covers what we built for them in June 2026: a site a parent can trust, with a free trial booking at its centre.

The goal

Turn a parent's first visit into a booked free trial, give the academy a simple way to manage every enquiry, and put the site on infrastructure the academy owns.

What we built

  • A free-trial booking flow on every page. Submissions are stored in a Convex database and appear in a private admin dashboard the academy signs into.
  • Branded email alerts on every booking, sent from the academy's own verified domain, plus one-tap WhatsApp contact.
  • Six course pages, two landing pages, a resources hub with six articles, clear pricing in CAD, and privacy and terms pages: 18 URLs in a sitemap generated automatically from the content.
  • A warm, parent-to-parent voice and a review system with moderation, so the proof on the site is genuine.
  • Lead and WhatsApp events in Google Analytics 4, so the owner can see which pages produce enquiries.
  • The academy's own Vercel and Convex accounts, deploys from GitHub, and a daily automated database backup.

The results

  • Built in 16 working days across 68 commits, June 12 to August 5, 2026.
  • 15% lighter: the main JavaScript bundle went from 456 KB to 386 KB, and image preloads from eight to two.
  • Site audit score of 87 out of 100 after the July optimization pass.
  • A winnable search market: the pages ranking for the academy's core Canadian terms have domain authority between 1 and 34, so a Business Profile and steady content can move it.

What it means for your academy

A school or academy website has one job: make it simple to book. Everything else on the site exists to earn that click. If you run a tutoring business, language school or academy in the GTA, book a free consultation and we will map the same flow onto your classes. Our web development page lists what a build includes and what it costs.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does an online academy website need to generate enquiries?
One clear action, which for an academy is a free trial booking; a form that stores every submission where the owner can see it; an alert so no lead is missed; pricing parents can compare; and pages that answer what parents search for. The Noor Ul Quran Academy site is built around exactly that list.
How does the trial booking flow work?
A parent fills in the booking form, the submission is saved to a database and appears in a private admin dashboard for the academy, and an email alert goes out from the academy’s own domain. WhatsApp contact is one tap away on every page.
Can Cressoft build a website for a tutoring business or school in the GTA?
Yes. The same build works for tutoring centres, language schools, music academies and after-school programs: a booking or enquiry flow at the centre, course pages, pricing in CAD and a site the owner controls.
