Will it send emails without me checking them first?
You choose the mode. For fully repetitive, low-risk questions (hours, pricing, service area) we can set the agent to reply automatically. For anything with more nuance, we set it to draft a reply and hold it for your one-click approval. Most clients start in draft mode and move specific templates to auto-send once they trust the agent's replies.
What if it gets something wrong or cannot answer?
